Dont misunderstand me about grant's. They are vital at this stage of our infrastructure debacle.
I think the govt should have be spending a lot more of our tax dollars on OUR infrastructure. Ever since the flagrant waste of our tax dollars, by the Howard/Costello gov't cuts in spending on infrastructure, and that they have outsourced their responsibility for the country's assets, if not they have flogged them off to the friendliest bidder.
Just saying I still dont see CCE able to say they are independent of grants.
As I said before i have been excitedly on the sidelines since the wave energy concept but since then it ,to me, appears that they are playing catch up on the green revolution.Far too many changes of direction.
