This will be my last post also.

T2 have never made their offer 'unconditional'.
T2 did however declare their offer 'free from conditions' on June 22.
They did this so they can take ownership of the shares that had been accepted in to the offer.
There is a difference between 'unconditional' and 'free from conditions'.

The bid has only failed to the extent they have not gained 100% ownership of the shares.
The bid has not failed for those who have accepted, because the conditions of the bid were met.
