You miss the point...… being, " that if the offer is not extended and the remaining condition is breached before the end of the offer period, the offer will lapse and any acceptances will be void " ! This is in black and white an not an interpretation !!
Hence my point being again ….. there is still possibility that any acceptances will lapse if the t/o bid fails.
So please explain how you think this statement is false ?
