the words ' Bidder's voting power'. This i believe is in reference to what happens next, flexing their muscles in an attempt to shift holders opinions on how a potential cap raise will work and what they will do to get in the way.

Needless to say, they are now fully aware the rest of the holders are 100% aware their holdings are worth a considerable amount more than $1
