Cheers. Yep, I'm across the transaction. Agree there's dilution beyond the actual rto raise but that's a given, as it's vendor consideration. What i'm happy about is the equivalent raise price. Not uncommon to have your a handed to you in these RTOs and for the incoming to get all the spoils. Still needs to perform though, right.
