No, it just means they have been removed from the S&P Dow Jones Indices (All Ordinaries – Effective at the Open on March 18, 2019). I might be defining this wrong here, but: Indices are a list of top performing companies in particular classifications that give investors and financial people a good idea of how the market is trending, not all stocks are included in an Indices. Hope that helps, would appreciate if anyone else could confirm.
