Guys this is almost entirely a function of Market Cap and was to be expected given the current SP.
@who2 whereas it may restrict some entities from buying AUZ (if their charter requires SP300) there shouldn't be any significant effect since as many here are so quick to point out AUZ doesn't have much fund/insto ownership so there's not likely to be rebalance sell downs of any note.
