So you must be throwing away all the gifts you ever got in your life because they were all free?Secondly, buying shares in the company you are working for is risky. Because if company goes down then not only you lose you job but also savings. Even directors of well established companies do not do that and to expect anyone to invest savings in a specky is not ideal.
People like you who are not happy will never be happy no matter how many shares director's buy or hold.
