haha , management needs to explain nothing . I would say rather shareholders need to explain that why have they been selling when the news and fundamentals are strong . Don’t sell and get caught up into crap and save the price from falling .. it will be another good news in coming months when it’s accepted back into the index as soon as the SP starts bouncing and it reaches required market cap levels .
