It's a step in the right direction. As @Fairclough points out, modest index buyer (which may have happened in advance - possible higher volume today). I would imagine that there are some Institutional Investors that are restricted to top 500, so there could be some additional demand.
Need to get into the Top 300 to attract a much broader set of Institutional Investors - those that only look at top 300 Stocks. Unfortunately, this is probably a fair way off.
