yes market has been very ho hum lately on pet. My reading of the situation is the broader market and quite a few holders aren't aware of the full story. The company has been very conservative with the info being put out imho. many investor who don't do HC , newing or getting info from other sources would be unaware of the behind the seance picture. If I was basing my decision just on the company info I would be selling more right now. If you look at the info coming out of the company the last significant new was about six months ago on the second wetlands project. Yes we have had info about 36 projects value at $100m , deals with construction companies but very little detail on value and timing ect. So really very ho hum stuff from the company.
If I'm reading newing right I would say in the china pipeline is 2 projects $50m and $100m so if we include the $50m one in what the company had said was 36 at a value of $100m the pipeline would be a lest $200m . No mention of this in the last company update, why? If we are currently doing trails on one of these stages of one of these projects, why didn't we hear something like we are currently doing trails which if successful will lead to $50m in work ? I would of thought if what I think is right would have been a nice headline on the last report, the china pipeline has grown by $100m to $200m in the last 4? Months and we are currently doing trails which if successful could lead to $50m in new work. I would say the market wouldn't have been so ho hum then, but as it is the broader market and most holder might not know these details ( assuming my reading is correct)
as the storey unfolds and more people become aware the intrest will start to come back.
on these trails we are doing we need to consider our chances of being successful, I'm sure our team have studied what is required, phoslock, other products, different techniques etc so more than likely will be highly successful
if if we look at something like the $50m project , we are currently running margins around 50% even if the margin drops on these bigger projects we are talking about a significant increase to the companies profits, not hard to see us reaching newings sp target if successful.
thanks

Hi,
Please don't forget we are operating in China and in most of the cases are sub provider. In China, the first credit must be taken by the party comrades then the main provider and if any left for sub providers - this will be the situation going forward. We can't be singing from roof tops that we got this or that - it will be a recipe for no future work. We are lucky that Newing reports provide some additional info otherwise we are at the mercy of the comrades and prime providers to release any information - good thing is we are making headway and earning money - the glory will come when it comes.
