i'm bemused by the lack of response to this .... SLR shareholders should now realise that support for current levels are in place, with further institutional buying assured (all other things being equal ... such a POG and production performance) .... while (some) DRM shareholders are suffering cognitive dissonance in assuming that DRM shareholders can reject the merger while enjoying the benefits of SLR going into the ASX 300. WGX's rejection of the Andy Wells deal (see ASX statement) means that a cash poor DRM still has a cash draining, sub par asset on its hands that will divert resources from the development of its high quality assets .... reinforcing the DRM rationale for the merger to get access to SLR cash and the benefits of being part of a much larger, institutionally supported entity.
