I have been looking at this company with a view to buy. Checking out the HK companies register shows PL Consulting was only registered 5 June 12. Seems unusual that could have the profit level noted in the ann if only set up 3 weeks before being acquired. And looking at linkedin the PL Consulting MD only stopped working for SMS in HK in July 2012. Looks strange so I'm going to keep researching before committing any funds.
