Rrl are really timing this acquisition right, getting their hands on a project like this, just before a gold bull run imho! Some rrl shareholders are disappointed with this Ann, which is understandable as they do allready have mcphillamys to develop, which they acquired of alk and another mob! But you can never have enough projects in the pipe line, especially a project like Cmm has, which will be worth $1 billion plus long term, if gold runs like it did after the 2008 Gfc! Just saying, Haha sorry if I'm sounding all doom and gloom! But keep in mind Rrl may not be a good stock to be in, either if there is a Gfc like 2008, especially at the start of it, gold stocks got hammered, despite gold rising! Just a open question, don't wana sound dumb? But Can anyone explain the effect rrl's share price will have on this deal, seeming it's script? Do we won't rrl share price to be as low as possible, before we sign a deal? or will they use a 30 day share price average? To work out how many rrl shares you get for each of your cmm shares... it will be like 1 rrl share for each 35 cmm shares? Cheers ST
