this will go ahead IMO, the smoke signals are there. The CMM board unanimously recommends it, which means it makes sense in light of their other options (or lack thereof). Hawkspoint is the only hurdle to a deal, whether or not they come around to the 11.4c or need a higher revised offer I doubt they're going to draw a line in the sand and stand in the way
