We should be made aware soon how we are going with the funding and an update of any possible takeover talks. Reading the announcement again it seems reasonably clear by the CMM Board they are ok with the takeover if all the boxes are ticked.
"The Proposal received unanimous support from the Capricorn Board not all of the conditions have been satisfied such that there is a transaction that can be put to shareholders"
Why shareholders are selling sub 9 cents is mindboggling. To my way of thinking surely this will only get better.
