IMHO the trading halt would benefit RRL as they were obviously behind pushing the sp down to 6c which more then one punter has been questioning over the last few months and with good reason it would seem! Now we can see what the sp should have been even with the cappers still at work today. IMHO capper will still be working on the SP until they get their way or another company piggy backs of the cappers and wins out! 20c is about right IMHO! or keep it ourselves!
