I was thinking of selling some of my shares at the current share price because I will make a decent profit BUT I managed to rationalise my thinking. I just can't give these shares away at the current price because as you mention you should get at least 11.4 cents if the offer materialises over the next weeks/month IMO.

CMM chances of finding another area with this type of potential is very unlikely so this could be a once in a lifetime find. The area continues to show huge potential. I am thinking CMM will possibly decline the offer @ 11.4 which is a very low offer -as mentioned. If funding doesn't eventuate and the TO doesn't come through CMM will continue to have more attention and with a growing resource and price of Gold possibly going up, we may have a nice fat offer down the track - either way I am keeping my shares and getting what I think they're worth and it isn't .09 or 11.4 in my opinion.
