HP are in for the long haul. They don’t want to sell to the first low ball offer that comes along. Here we have an advanced gold development company with over 900oz in reserves and a great exploration package valued at around $60 per Oz/reserve. With AUD gold looking solid above $1600 Oz, CMM is highly undervalued, even at 12c. 14-17c might be a better number for a TO IMO. I would not be surprised to see a better offer emerge at some point.
We could easily see AUD $1700 + prices next year and and beyond.
