It’s good to see you sniffing around mate. As far as I’m aware there is nothing to stop them adjusting their offer however would just make management moving forwards more temperamental imo. I am prepared to be corrected by anyone with more experience in this arena
The world as I see it - we have 3 options
1/ Continue as normal run to production with current management and shareholders. Yes that requires 12 months waiting and a credit raise and I personally believe we have no shortage of offers for the raise.
2/ RRL come back with a better offer different offer.
3/ TO from another company greater than 11.4c
From where I sit all acceptable options
