The average price Hawke’s Point paid = 9.4 cents
The implied price of the failed RRL proposal = 11.4 cents
The curent undiluted EV per share assuming a 6.9 cent share price and $5 million in the bank = 6.2 cents (ie the market value)
and the share price = 6.9cents
