I dont get it. The premise of selling Reward is to monetise its value, management say Reward is nothing in share price. So now they have a deal equal to RXL market cap and no increase to share price. (OK $0.001!) Seems like the market is valuing the deal at near zero. That's a lot of uncertainty and time value.
