Teck was put on notice Rox,s agenda is to commercialise the project last year and it did appear not to have stirred .......till now.
They have been invited to the table with a result pending subject to them either way with the clock still ticking.
Can any of you people looking down unfairly on IM tell us ...How else could he have spruked it any better ! GLTAH
