Haven't read it carefully yet (just looked at on my phone, so far) but this looks like a sensible offer for the Reward asset - vastly superior to the opportunistic IM Medical proposal that would never have got shareholder support.
Much more chance of aligned interests here, I hope, with Marindi already in the game.
Need to see the detail, and to consider after that, but thanks to Rox Directors for achieving a much more attractive proposal.
