It's a significant transaction an the cash and shares value create a significant amount of down side protection. They not only have the luxury of seeing what next door delivers but can use the cash and additional resources to leverage into something new. With a stock like this , being an exploration company , the news flow is what will drive ST SP incensed and I think going forward there will be many options to make this happen
