its as clear as day there were 2 options - spin it off to another zinc co or sell it
so the company is following through on what they said they were going to do (and not in an eternity) with both options running also so time doesnt drag out any further

facing reality they had no interest and no cash - so at least they are getting in a better position

it will be interesting to see if Pattos all of a sudden change their sentiment on rox now they shook the hand of money
