exactly, I think this is far from a great deal, ok, we will have $ in the bank, and negate another CR soon, but, hey, the management does NOT have a great track record of management.
Caution, I think the SP will go lower and finish at 1.7 today, trending down, till there is absolute clarity and a done deal.
