You raise some good points, I suppose they are the reason the market didn’t pay much attention to the announcement.
That is also the reason I have researched as much as possible about the companies Tony Mahoney is involved with. I wanted to know if he's a person who gets things done, or is just a dreamer. With Freshero, Freshmax, & Nutrano all being private companies, it is hard to get all the information. I know he co-founded Nutrano in late 2015 early 2016 and was still there in June 2017. No information after that, presume he left (though probably still holds a stake) to set up Freshero. As I've posted in this thread he is definately a person who gets things done. Just look at what Nutrano have done in less than 2 years.
Not sure if the fact he was mainly involved with orchards etc, as opposed to greenhouse type crops has much to do with it, his success is in his marketing contacts, exclusive lines & he obviously knows how to run a profitable business. Does he have financial backing? again we don't know, he did with his last 2 companies & I doubt he's that naive he would embark on this venture with no financial plans. I agree, I doubt a Heads of Agreement has any legal standing, but is the first step. Rotogro too needs to know he has contracts in place before signing a JV. This is early days, though if all goes to plan will be huge!
Hi Macod, no haven't discussed RQB with them recently. Last I heard they were negotiating royalties, however Rotogro had severe reservations as they thought the mods they made wouldn't work, giving rotational machines a bad name.
