Does anyone have any facts concerning Freshero?
They are "an aspiring...produce grower". Apart from not actually being a produce grower, do they have any prospects? Yes, they have Mr Mahoney, who has had a long and evidently successful career, particularly in marketing tree and fruit crops - not so much in greens- but who appears to no longer hold any positions other than as founder of Freshero.
Do they have any current or future financial backing? No idea, it's a private company.
Does a Heads of Agreement have any legal standing. Probably not?
Should the market be getting excited? At this stage, nothing has been signed, and no one is talking a specific product, location, customer, time frame, or, more importantly, real money. So, no.
