I would have been happier with 8% than 5%, but really this is minor as it is so easy to do your own calculations on. The undiscounted free cash flow of $100 million makes this very easy to do.

The big difference between CMM and EGA is the capital they need. The CR that EGA needs is minor ($10 million max) while CMM needs to raise something like 3x the MC. EGA will get financing and soon and with the first pour targeted before June 30 next year there is not long to wait.

I doubt you will have to worry about the SP rocketing up, but given this is EGA who knows
