Part 2
8 the new calciferol owners saw the value we created with the ILUA and refused to sign the tenement transfer forms
9 we ended up taking them to court and they dodged and weaved and continually changed lawyers
10 we didn’t have a lot of money due to post GFC and were focussing on various other projects and keeping lights on
11. They eventually caved the night before the Supreme Court hearing
12 in the interim a couple of the more difficult TOs undermined the ILUA due to lengthy delays to jobs and payments
13 they got the Greens Involved
14 I and BOD took decision to focus on buying gold mines
15 BODs must make value judgements between projects and not keep feeding dead horses
16 The Dept of Envv took opportunity to Perdue National Park (the TOs don’t want that and still don’t)
17 MNM went through about 15 projects under our 10 year watch. Some we just reviewed, some geophysics, some drilled, some JORC, some SS and some readied to production
18 along the way Zinalways used risk/reward to keep or terminate.
19 after all that, when I finished we had 2 gold mines, 2 gold deposits and 2 coal deposits all with JORC and valid commercial pathways
20 I had even secured Bellevue yes Bellvue for an optioned $2million but the new chair killed it
so be it, don’t complain, that’s how an exploration and mine development junior should work. Continual project turnover at just the right spend without throwing the baby out with the bath water until we build the mines.
And we dealt with the GFC and ended with gold and coal mines deliverable
