Is this not correct? "The head grade recovered from the gravity process plant was 4.71 g/t"
"You were the one that raised A1, not me"
Incorrect, perhaps you are confusing me with someone else.
"CTL might say things like 4.5g/t is break even and you say their cash flows support this so then why do they need capital injections of such great size? Could perhaps capital costs also bear on the equation?"
Like I said before but I will reiterate. CTL did not say they were break even, this can be deduced from the announced head grade for A1 and the production revenue and production costs.
"AUL are not saying they are break even. They are not providing AISC. So until they do then perhaps you should stop trying to say it "
I simply stated and was quite clear in my explanation that based off A1, a logical deduction can be made on the viability of RoD. I don't see you criticising HR for his baseless opinion of 10g/t, you actually defended it, but are willing to criticise me for my opinion based off explained facts.... Interesting.
Hi Vertigo, I did not intend to attack you. So, my point is that I agree that for a mineRoD and for that matter MStar and A1, I do believe that a head grade out of the mine will need to be around 6g/t and to deliver that including the dilution necessary to mine it at sufficiently low cost then a Resource grade of 10g/t may be necessary. I say that from experience. To support that I am the ex MD of Mantle.
What you might have forgotten is that the old JORC grade of MStar was near 20g/t and near 1mill oz. That’s why I acquired it. Yes that’s mainly at depth. But Tom and his team now have a major chance to get the old MCO portfolio to serious succes. He is building the inventory and confirming the grade uplift.
i am a supporter and will soon buy in again.
