Ausmon Resources Ltd (ASX:AOA) joined the sharemarket lists for the
first time today, and the 20c shares opened at 23c, touched 25c and
moved back to 23c.
In three-and-a-half hours 63,000 shares changed hands.
The 1-for-1 free attaching options (exercisable at 80c a share
by June 30 2014) had yet to open.
With an initial focus on gold, silver, copper and other base
metals in the Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales, under a farmin
agreement with Robust Resources Ltd (ASX:ROL) Ausmon acquired an 85pc
interest in four exploration licences - EL 6413 (Pooraka), EL 6415
(Tindarey), EL 6416 (Mt Barrow) and EL 6417 (Cumnock).
Ausmon is obliged under the farmin agreement to fund exploration
work programs totalling $750,000 in all four ELs for three tenement
years at $250,000 annually from 2009 to 2011.
Robust today announced it had been appointed operator of this
joint venture.
Ausmon also acquired, for cash, a 100pc interest in a licence in
the Northern Territory (EL 26007 Mary River) with potential for gold,
silver and uranium.
