Hi Hoots,,
Have dusted off running shoes, but there could be a slight hiccup.
I am fairly sure that my surgeon will not let this happen as I had a major operation last Nov., and am using stoma bag. Going in for reversal op , and I quote surgeon, ' May at earliest, June or July.'
S000, we could be looking at Oct., Nov., before I am up to the task, but even then it wouldn't be a run, more like a slow walk.......
