Whilst not a holder I have been following ROL for some time.

The announcement today would have been very disappointing had I been a holder.

It values Romang at only $135m and raises a red flag IMO.

I will continue to watch.

I realise that operating in Indo is very challenging (just ask FND and IRN) re local regulations and hurdles and the need for a well connected Indo partner is critical to smoothing the path, however, this seems too low IMO.
