Instead of doing a partnership with AirBnb. Do a partnership with a car company. Let them advertise on RNT. Run a competition. Prospective tenants sign up with RNT and use RNT to search for rentals. Give away a car a month to someone just for using RNT. Do something diferent than RNT and Domain!

Tenants then send through enquiries to agents via RNT. agents think. "Hey we're seeing an increase in enquiry from RNT" Agents then might pay to use RNT. Geez what do you know revenue increases.

As it stands at the moment there is absolutely no benefit for a prospective tenant to do a search on RNT over REA and Domain.

We met with an RNT rep 6 months ago. Could see no benefit with signing up with them for even the free package. Haven't heard from them since.
