I'm a big fan of AirBnB and have used it as both a guest and host extensively. I think there is potential for certain properties (fully furnished) to integrate a feature like this into their listing on Rent.com.au. However I'm not sure I fully see the benefit to Rent.com.au they are just adding a link to AirBnB on their site. If they had an exclusive deal where they received a percentage of referrals from listings on their site that ended up staying at a location using a referral link from AirBnB or if they were receiving traffic from AirBnB it would be more beneficial but from the surface it doesn't seem to add a lot of value - although I do see potential.

Checked Alexa this morning and both daily page views and daily time on site are up over 10% vs previous 3 months. These stats are quite important as it shows that users are viewing more pages and staying on the site longer. I only have a small holding but think the business has good potential .
