To have the underwritters and sub underwritter pick up some 69% of the stock and claim wonderful fees on the way through is not a good look as is having the vultures from the millionaire factory onboard.
They will be sellers at a moments notice to lock in profits.
I guess we shareholders are so lucky to have such fine spin doctors around to be be able to roll the turd of a message in gold dust and polish it.
