Absolutely, you know when the blantant down rampers are all in and possibly Putin as well that this is a strong buy.
No wonder millions and millions of shares are being traded on the AIM at a 100%+ premium to the ASX price.
Lets hope Bever is suspended to set an example against down ramping.
