"Latin Resources strategy is to be fully funded via joint ventures for project exploration and development"
---------------means we don't actually need a new CR unless CG couldn't find the suitable JV partners in the short term, but this UNLESS won't be possible because of the "JV Partner nearing completion" as CG stated.
