    To cut CG some slack we are dealing with South Americans... there could be a whole suite of hold ups that are delaying all of the above. There was someone a while back on these forums posting conjecture regarding government approvals and environmentalists holding up drilling... I just hope this is not the case. Patience is wearing thin, every week that goes by the closer we are to another CR without confirmation of JV.
