It sounds like they're going to vote down the remuneration report. Designed to protect minority shareholders it provides a shot over the boughs.
Any idea of voting Tony Rovira out of his office would be doomed as larger shareholders wouldn't cop it, and they know it.
Indirectly such goings have the potential to elevate one's position as social media influencer.
