The only thing that I can see that will move the POW share-price is the sale of asset, as alluded to in the presentation, or sale of batteries from expected orders which they also keep referring to. I was tempted to sell all or part of my shares today to put into another company that is doing well but there is an expectation that something is just around the corner, like orders for batteries that would get the share-price moving.
They keep you dangling with no real indications.
