The testing stage is in/for Australia. The off-grid use has completed testing and they are now testing on-grid.

They have already said that they are commercially and technologically ready. Like anything, e.g the motor car, there is the initial item which people buy which is then developed further as time moves on. The Korean government is backing both the mining of the POW vanadium and the V-Kor battery. The prospects could be bigger in Korea than Australia.
