Have a look at this article about the vanadium price and especially the bottom chart from canadian vanadium company PCY. Note the price been sold down like POW of late but look at the price in the last couple of weeks. With the massive rise in vanadium price it wont be long before POW takes off! Also the chart gave a bullish engulfing candle on friday from oversold, it should be onwards and upwards from here.
