Timeframe is tight. Way I read it is expect something early Q2. At current cash burn it's all gone by June 30.
I think at least $1M of the costs this quarter probably relate to work that occurred last quarter.

Would imagine some of the spend is on 90 day terms ... ?

So thinking planned spend for Q2 will be reduced from Q1 levels ( in the situation where finance isn’t resolved ).
