Yes it is fully underwritten so my guess is they are doing long term shareholders a favour. Its a bit puzzling why they would extend and that is the only answer I can come up with. It could also mean good news is on its way. It has certainly been a long slog getting to this point and I really thought at one stage (this time last year) that my investment in WWI was probably lost. The last two years has also given me the opportunity to average down. I took up my Rights entitlement today. I missed the announcement last night so was starting to panic that two days left may not be enough time for them to get my money so lunch time today I paid up via BPAY, then I saw the announcement of this morning and last night. I am a little nervous that I had to pay up a five figure sum but I think it is a good gamble. I am really impressed about the South Africa asset as well - unexpected and will be the iceing on the cake should Derewo get up and running. Must be close - not sure how I am going to celebrate when and if it is announced. If bad news, I will go buy a bottle of RUM and drown my sorrows and my divorce.
