I applied for full entitlement, did not have funds for more than that.

Not sure that many would have applied for the extras, since it ties up your capital into such an unknown fashion (much like an ipo!).

Am really glad to see that the full amount has been allocated so quickly.

Looks like they always had that as a plan, and just allowed shareholders the right of first refusal. Very accomodating. A great chance to those who took it.
