Sorry Kaz ,just read your post a bit better.Yes you will get your full rights offer but good luck with getting any of the shortfall.Before today I would have said you will get some .Now every man and his dog will be after them at 0.009.I am putting in for some of the shortfall ,reckon I'd be lucky to get any at all.Maybe 10% of the order if that.
