Hard to know why anyone would sell now, given the shares are probably worth 6c, and the rights might be worth something- anything upward of 6c, I imagine, and they would have some kind of value. I guess if the raising looks unattractive, and she SP is low, then interested parties could buy the rights for a song, and then have more entitlement?

Nothing is ever easy on our bourse. :) 2 more days to see who wants to hurl $6m at the company. This 3-days to ex-date, and Directors not allowed to sell setup, is either destined to fail or someone has a PLAN!
